6th., Nov. 2007 afternoon, The company held  temporarily general meeting of stockholders. The company's director of directorate, supervisor of supervisors broad,  leaders form CHONGQING MACHINERY & ELECTRONLCS HOLDING(GROUP) Co.Ltd, shareholders as well as sharesholder reparesentatives attended the general meeting.

Broad chairman Mr.Jiang Jie emceed the general meeting.

Labour Union chairman Mr.Yan Jian Guo informed the detail outcome of  company inner shareholder transfer of equity. This meeting passed melon-cutting scheme for 2006's profit, discussed and passed draft regulation of the company's director election of directorate, discussed and passed draft regulation of the company's supervisor election.

After separately self-introduction of the company's candidate for third  directotate and board of supervisors, election was carried through. Mr.Jiang Jie, Mr.Yuan Zhenquan, Mr.Deng Zhouneng, and Mr.Zhang Xiangsen were elected as the directors of the directorary. Ms. Qiu Wanping,  Mr. Wu Zhiyi, Mr. Song Lunshun were elected the Third supervisors. 6th. Nov. beforenoon, empleyee representatives meeting elected supervior, Mr. Yan Jianguo and Mr.Yang Ronggui were elected as the third board of supervisors who form employee. Mr.Yan Jianguo, Mr, Qiu Wanping, Mr.Yang Ronggui, Mr.Wu Zhiyi and Mr.Song Lunshun were elected as supervisors of the third  board of supervisors.
