Recently, Experts(4) team from Chongqing auditing center of CQC China Quality Certification Center, have conducted auditing of ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System in our company. The ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System annual auditing is a validity review of the certification center for Enterprise's durative operation of Quality Management System. Results of the auditing will judge whether enterprise is allowed to continue use the certificate. Accompanied by company's Internal Quality Systems Certification Auditor, the auditing team successively censored company's top management class, quality control dept., after-sales service dept., material dept., middle sized electric machine sub-factory, punching sub-factory, painting workshop, commutator workshop. Mail auditing contents are including: Guideline of Quality Management System, Objective Validity; Implement Condition of Management Auditing, Inner Quality Auditing and Correcting & Preventing Measure; Key Process Control of Product; Complain Deal for Customer and Relative Sector. In the Auditing, the experts team commented for several aspect of our company's Quality Management System: 1. The company is capable of conducting quality control guideline, Product's first time examination and Selective examination rate are reaching the standard. Company have high customer approval rate. Meanwhile its market share and output are keep rising, yet some aspect still have space for improvement; 2. The company execute 2007 edition and procedure, have good execution, the company have a reinforced after-sales service, meanwhile the company improved production process control and inspection, but there are still have same space to improve among aspects of production scheme, technics documents consummation, key process control and special inspection tool management, and mold control, etc.; 3.Management auditing and inner auditing are carried out according to standard procedure. The company have an deeper inner auditing, earnest management auditing, with effective improvement action, yet it should pay more attention to improvement of measure validate; 4. Certificates and Marks are normally put in marketing. Three ineligible item occurred in last audition have been consummated, etc. However, this auditing discover three ineligible item, it's required that the company correct them within 15 days, meanwhile submit correcting proof to auditing. After eligible correction, then the company are able to continue the usage of CQC issued ISO9001:2000 certificate. At last, on the summarize meeting, general manager Mr. Zhang Xiangsen and Vice-chief Engineer Mr. Liulin separately appreciated the valuable comments and advices of experts term. The top management class require relative department take an immeadiate corrective action for ineligible item, extensively engage ISO9001:2000 management theory into actual work, further improve quality management system,  then accelerate company's long-term development.
